What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design, research, and implementation of user-centered interfaces for Checkmarx’s cutting-edge security solutions, driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic, top-tier technology company.
How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading UX/UI design initiatives, ensuring user-centered designs
- Developing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and improve products
- Advocating for design standards and best practices
- Conducting user research and usability testing
- Driving the visual QA process to maintain design quality
- Ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects
- Exploring and integrating emerging technologies into design practices
- Exhibiting the initiative to work independently, making informed decisions
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI/Product designer
- Incredible UX/UI skills, with a portfolio to match
- Passionate about UX, development and technology
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and content
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
- Knowledge of design standards and best practices, with a commitment to advocating for them within the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to complex design challenges
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and making informed decisions
- Education in Design, Tech, or other relevant field (Advantage)
- Experience working on complex web-based, B2B products (Advantage); Experience in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Tech products (Advantage)
