What are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and versatile back-end engineer for taking over multiple development responsibilities under the Checkmarx One group.
We are working with the most cutting edge technologies, building a new and exciting cloud platform using mainly – Golang, gRPC, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker and more.
How will you make an impact?
Designing and developing functional and/or technical capabilities within large scale products, making ongoing design decisions, and focusing on multiple product domains and technologies
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
· BSc/MSc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
· At least 5 years of experience in software development as a back-end software engineer.
· Strong, extensive background in Backend development in Golang.
· Designing and implementing microservices architecture.
· Linux, docker, Experience with Kubernetes – a significant advantage
· AWS cloud computing platforms and services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
· Testing
· Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
· Ability to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar and ability to design and optimize database schemas.
· Understanding of message broker systems such as RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Self-managed and flexible to changes
· Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
