What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our team in Europe. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic company where you will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to optimize the company's revenue processes, drive operational efficiency, and provide strategic guidance to ensure business growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with senior leadership and be instrumental in shaping the company’s revenue strategy. The position is ideally based in London, but open to other major metropolitan areas in Europe.
How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Partner with senior sales and revenue leadership to define and optimize processes across the revenue cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and key performance metrics.
· Lead the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives to enhance revenue performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.
· Drive process improvements and best practice adoption across the revenue organization, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across regions.
· Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, providing commercial insights, operational guidance, and data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
· Facilitate governance of sales policies and ensure compliance across teams; perform regular audits and identify opportunities for process refinement.
· Drive key revenue operations initiatives from ideation to execution, including new project rollouts, technology integrations, and process re-engineering.
· Manage the operational aspects of CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity, user adoption, and optimal configuration to support sales strategies.
· Provide day-to-day support for the sales teams and sales leadership, including troubleshooting system issues, analysing performance trends, and providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
· ~10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar strategic business partner role, working within complex, global organizations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the sales and marketing functions.
· Extensive experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM or sales automation platforms.
· Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes, revenue generation, and go-to-market strategies.
· Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
· Experience with process design, workflow automation, and system implementation.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
