  • What would you be doing?
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product under the guidance of senior engineers and team leads.
  • Implement well-scoped features and bug fixes while learning best practices in clean code, secure coding, and SOLID design principles.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions to continuously grow your technical skillset.
  • Collaborate with team members across development, QA, and support teams to understand system requirements and contribute to reliable solutions.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for the features and components you help build.
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools such as Go, React, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to develop a solid understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Learn and apply debugging techniques to assist in triaging defects and resolving customer issues in collaboration with the Tier 4 team.

Requirements

Education

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or graduate of a leading technological unit.
  • Strong academic record and passion for learning modern software engineering principles.

Professional Experience

  • Up to 2 years of experience in software development (internship or professional).
  • GitHub or project portfolio demonstrating practical coding skills is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript/ReactJS.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and basic design principles.
  • Basic familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and writing queries.
  • Exposure to Linux environments and containerization tools like Docker is an advantage.
  • Interest in or familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.

Development Methodologies

  • Exposure to Agile development practices through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative and feedback-driven environment.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from others.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, responsible approach to assigned tasks.
  • Team player with a strong desire to grow and contribute meaningfully
