Checkmarx is looking for talented attorney to join our in house legal department focusing on IP and software licensing.
- Job Description:
- Draft and review software license agreements, reseller agreements, NDA’s, RFPs, Supplier’s Agreements.
- Ultimately lead and manage negotiations and work with all the different departments within the company (in particular Sales, Accounting, and Support Departments).
- The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills and the position will also require conducting administrative work related to the legal sphere.
- Must be willing to work on different time zones as required, and occasionally work on Fridays.
- Requirements:
- Advanced Legal Degree (J.D. or MA) and a US or UK Bar Admission
- Experience in Software Licensing and Intellectual Property
- Native English Speaker
- Outstanding personality, efficient, and responsible
