What are we looking for?

The Enablement Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that support the growth and development of our customers, sales teams, partners, and customer success teams. This role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts, driving process improvements, and ensuring that enablement initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals. The Enablement Program Manager will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of these programs.


How will you make an impact?


Program Development & Management:

Design, develop, and manage enablement programs for training, sales, and customer success. Create content and resources, and oversee program lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align enablement efforts with business goals. Facilitate communication to meet stakeholder needs.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate and improve enablement programs. Implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.

Event Planning & Execution:

Plan and manage enablement events, including training sessions and webinars. Handle logistics and ensure smooth execution.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and analyze program performance. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Maintain relationships with stakeholders, gather feedback, and serve as the main contact for enablement inquiries.

Budget Management:

Oversee enablement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Technology & Tools Management:

Manage enablement tools and platforms to support initiatives.

Requirements

What is needed to succeed?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in enablement, training, program management, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with enablement tools and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or relevant fields.
