Role Overview
We are seeking a law graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Contracts Administration, Contract Processing, legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage requests through contract lifecycle tool.
- Managing low complexity drafts through collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsels.
- Comfortable in utilizing tools such as DocuSign, Claude, Copilot, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Assist in maintaining trackers and generating reports.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Email writing skills is a must.
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel.
- Attention to detail, skilled in interpreting requests and working with contract templates and playbooks.
- Knowledge of NDAs and service agreements.
- Familiarity with SalesForce, DocuSign, Copilot, and request tracking tools.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Assertive and self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Candidate based in Mumbai or Pune.
- Candidate with experience of working in multi-culture environment and open to flexible work timings.
