Checkmarx One License Types and Restrictions

Checkmarx One	Contributing Developer

A “Contributing Developer” means any Contributor who has made one or more commits to a private Repository scanned by the Software in the last ninety (90) days.

The term “Repository” means a set of version-controlled project files that are used to build a particular named software module or application. If an exact count of Contributing Developers cannot be determined, Checkmarx will estimate the number using a formula-based approach derived from quantified consumption metrics reflecting the customer’s actual usage.

A “Contributor” is an AI agent, bot, or individual.

The Contributing Developer license type is subject to an account-level usage limit equal to fifteen million (15,000,000) lines of code scanned in the last ninety (90) days, multiplied by the number of Contributing Developer licenses purchased.

Checkmarx One — Credits License Type

Checkmarx One AI Products	Credit-Based Consumption

License Types:

The Credit-Based Consumption license type entitles Customer to consume the quantity of Credits purchased by Customer throughout the Subscription Term according to the Credit allocation and consumption schedule set out in the Quote.
A “Credit” is the unit of measurement used to meter Customer’s consumption of the AI Actions made available through the Checkmarx One platform.
An “AI Action” means an agentic capability of Checkmarx One that is identified in the Documentation as consuming Credits, Triage Assist, Remediation Assist, and other Checkmarx One Assist agents.

Additional Terms and License Restrictions

Credits are consumed and deducted from Customer’s Credit balance each time an AI Action is executed. The number of Credits consumed per AI Action is specified in the Quote or the Documentation
Customer may monitor its current Credit balance at any time via the usage dashboard in the Checkmarx One platform. When Customer’s Credit balance equals zero, access to the AI Action(s) will be suspended and will no longer be available for use. To restore access to the AI Actions, Customer must purchase additional Credits.
