Job Description: We seek a Senior Regional Sales Manager who will develop and manage key strategic channels and direct customers for Checkmarx in Germany. The candidate will be overseeing sales through the channels or direct sales. The main target is to grow Checkmarx market share by selling products and services to the region. The candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Director. Responsibilities: Proactively recruit new qualified partners Proactively lead a joint partner planning process to define performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources Direct sales to large enterprise Coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in territory Achieve revenue goals for region Skills/Qualifications: Experience in working with partners in Europe At least 3 years of experience in direct sales to large enterprise customers, with proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business Over 5 years of software sales international experience A strong understanding of the software sales process and Channel Sales Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred Experience in selling to End Users Self-motivated, learning skills, independent, knows how to take project from a-z Travel required Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations. English at mother tongue level Additional language required- an advantage Salesforce.com CRM expertise – an advantage Experience in S/W security -advantage Excellent presentation and phone & email communications skills
