Our Board of Directors oversees corporate governance, risk management, compliance, AI, and ESG initiatives. Cross-functional teams support this oversight by integrating these priorities into our business strategy and day-to-day operations, helping drive long-term sustainable value.

Cybersecurity & Data Privacy
Security, data privacy, compliance, and reliability are critical to our customers and fundamental to how we build and operate a sustainable business.
Our security and privacy practices are grounded in established global standards. We maintain ISO 27001 certification, undergo SOC 2 Type II audits, align our privacy program with applicable global laws, and follow the NIST Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) to guide our security practices.

Responsible AI
We are committed to advancing innovation while ensuring responsible, ethical, and transparent use of AI, supported by strong protections for confidential and customer data.
We address stakeholder expectations through a structured AI governance framework supported by internal controls governing the selection and use of AI tools. We apply appropriate usage restrictions while encouraging responsible adoption of AI to foster innovation and business value, and our approach is designed to align with established global standards and evolving best practices.
Our AI governance program aligns with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0), and we continue to monitor emerging frameworks and certifications that may further strengthen our program.

Environment
We recognize the environmental impact of our business operations and have taken steps to quantify this impact through the measurement of our GHG emissions inventory. We undertake climate-related risk and opportunity assessments periodically in alignment with the TCFD framework. We have also tracked and quantified our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions since 2023.
