Integrating with Ticketing Systems

With the Feedback Apps feature, you can export Checkmarx One scan results to external tools such as a Bug Tracking Service or Ticketing System.

Almost all Checkmarx users use Bug Trackers to triage and manage bugs.

The Feedback Apps automation creates, updates, and closes bug tracking tickets and automates collaboration tools to notify team members about security vulnerabilities.

It is also possible to use multiple Feedback Apps. For example, you can create a bug in JIRA and send a Slack message.
