Support for IPv6 Addresses in SAST

Starting with Version 9.4, SAST supports IPv6 addresses in addition to IPv4 addresses. This page includes some hints and limitations. For information and instructions on changing IP addresses, refer to Changing the Server Name, IP Address, or Port for Checkmarx Components.

IPv6 addresses are built in the format X:X:X:X:X:X:X:X, for example, 2001:0db8:3c4d:0015:0000:0000:1a2f:1a2b .

An IPv6 URL for Access Control looks as follows:

{[IPv6]}:{Port}/CxRestAPI/auth, for example
