Using the CxSAST/JIRA Integration

To use the CxSAST/JIRA Integration:

  1. In the CxSAST project, open the most recent scan results in the Results Viewer.

  2. In the bottom results pane, select the desired issue/s and click the Open Ticket option.

  3. Complete the ‘Create Issue Tracking Ticket’ form fields with the appropriate information.

  4. Click <Send> to complete.

  5. Navigate back to JIRA and the project created during the previous steps. The newly created bug ticket is now visible in the queue.
